The people who work at Cradle to Career are the heart and soul of the work we do in our community. They do everything from making phone calls, seeing how families are doing, organizing large scale events, to lining up legislative calls and everything in between.

Julio Andrade

Julio is the Director of C2C and works closely with the Community Organizer team, oversees program development, and internal operations. He can help you with questions about C2C programs and how you can get involved - father of one.

Rosio Sanchez

Rosio serves as the Thriving Families Program Coordinator for Cradle to Career Santa Cruz County. In this role, she works with Promotoras to promote community health and support the Triple P Positive Parenting Program to strengthen children and families. Rosio is deeply committed to equity and works to reduce health and social disparities so that all families in Santa Cruz County can thrive.

Bryanna amezcua

Bryanna Amezcua serves as Senior Accountant for Cradle to Career Santa Cruz County. In her role, she helps ensure that financial systems and resources are managed with care, accuracy, and accountability. Bryanna is committed to supporting the team and community-serving programs that help children and families thrive throughout Santa Cruz County.

izzy heart

Izzy is the Youth Community Organizer at Shoreline Middle School. She is deeply passionate about working with kids and creating lasting social change in the community. She can answer questions about Thrive Outside and youth engagement.

Ana Roque-Lara

Ana is the community organizer servicing Live Oak School District families. In her role, she oversees family engagement and the implementation of community projects. Being a formerly system-impacted and foster youth, she is passionate about empowering families and their children.

Cristal Medina

Cristal is a Community Organizer and supports families at Soquel Elementary. As a first generation student, she deeply cares about being able to be involved with the community and supporting those who need it. She can help you find resources and leadership opportunities.

Leslie Goodfriend

Leslie is a consultant to C2C, supporting the development of our new school partnerships & Racial Equity program. She works closely with the Community Organizing team - mom of two.

Stacey Kyle

Stacey is a consultant and serves as C2C’s Lead Grant Writer and data coordinator. She also founded the Live Oak Education Foundation - mom of two.

Allison Guevara

Allison is a Social Impact Consultant who works closely with C2C. She facilitates agency collaboration, strategic planning, and organizational development - mom of three.
