OUR PROGRESS (SO FAR)
Cradle to Career focuses on making large, systematic changes — but transforming communities doesn’t happen overnight and it’s not always easy to measure.
That’s why we work closely with our schools and community-based organizations across the county to track both quantitative and qualitative data. We believe transparently tracking data early and collaborating at the county level is key to our community’s success.
